Our Origin

Elite Home Remodeling was founded by Marco Rojas after years of hands-on experience in residential construction. After immigrating to the United States from Bolivia in 1999, Marco began working in the residential construction industry, where he specialized in interior remodels, including kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. He built his expertise through years of real-world experience on job sites across Virginia.

In 2010, Marco started Elite Home Remodeling with the goal of creating independence for himself and his family and building a company rooted in quality workmanship and trust. As his sons, Andre and Matheo, grew older, they became increasingly involved in the family business, helping expand the company and carry its values forward.

Today, Elite Home Remodeling is a family-owned and operated, full-service Virginia Class A Contractor specializing in residential remodeling, renovations, additions, and custom home building. From initial consultation through final walkthrough, the Elite team focuses on efficient project execution, clear communication, and delivering results that align with each client’s vision, timeline, and budget.

    Marco Rojas, Owner and Head of Operations, brings over two decades of hands-on experience in residential construction. Since 1999, he has specialized in interior remodeling, including bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and full home renovations.

    Elite Home Remodeling was established to create a strong, family-led operation focused on long-term success. Marco’s deep industry knowledge, operational oversight, and commitment to high standards form the foundation of the company’s reputation.

    As his sons Andre and Matheo grew into the business, Elite Home Remodeling evolved into a family-owned company with a professional structure, continued growth, and a clear focus on delivering dependable results while maintaining the values it was built on from day one.

    Andre Rojas is a Project Manager with over seven years of experience leading residential remodeling projects from planning through completion. He plays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with the company’s quality standards.

    Andre holds a degree in Management from James Madison University, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and organizational strategy. Known for his clear communication and structured approach, Andre works closely with clients and crews to deliver a seamless project experience from start to finish.

    Currently pursuing a degree in Finance at James Madison University, Matheo brings a developing business perspective to the company while contributing to its continued growth. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service reflect the company’s focus on long-term relationships and high standards.
