  • The Process

    Typically, we will discuss the project and your vision. From there, we will provide an estimate and work with you to finalize the scope of work and agree on a contract. After the contract is signed and a deposit is collected, we will finalize materials and schedule your project. At that point, we will review the job schedule and introduce you to the crew dedicated to your project.

    As a team, we will clarify expectations to avoid any miscommunications. Your project manager will be on site throughout the project to ensure accuracy and perform quality checks. You will receive access to an app-based portfolio of your project that documents progress chronologically and stores pertinent documents.

    At the end, your project manager will walk through all contracted items with you to identify any remaining punch-list items that need to be addressed. Final payment will be requested after the punch-list items are complete.

  • Construction Scheduling & Setbacks

    Robert Burns wrote, “The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry.”

    This is as true in construction as it is in other aspects of life. We will set a schedule with you based on mutual availability and material sourcing/ordering/deliveries, but there should always be an underlying understanding that things out of our control do happen sometimes. Weather, traffic, family or job site emergencies, unexpected material delays… Our dedicated project managers are here to communicate those issues to you with urgency and resolution.

    Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.

    We maintain extensive connections with local suppliers of reclaimed building materials and can match customer millwork with existing products. We also partner with local charities to help you responsibly recycle appliances and leftover materials.

    We encourage you to leave an honest review of our services on any of the websites associated with our services.
